1 to 1.5 pounds of Blue Dog Farms chicken breast, slightly pounded.
4 tablespoons, Dijon mustand.
2 tablespoons stone ground Dijon mustard,
2 tablespoons of fresh rosemary or 1.5 tablespoon of dried rosemary.
2 tablespoons of coconut oil.
Freshly ground pepper to taste.
Coat chicken breast with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil.
Mix smooth and stoned ground dijon mustards together then coat chicken. Add freshly ground pepper and sprinkle with rosemary.
Cook in cast iron pan or non-stick pan for 6 minutes per side. If using pan, add 1 tablespoon extra oil to pan. Let rest 3 minutes after cooking before slicing.
1 head Cauliflower
3 tablespoons grass fed butter
Freshly ground pepper.
2 single stalks of green onion.
Add 1" of water to soup pot.
Cut 1 head Cauliflower into florets and place into pot.
Add 2 tablespoons of grass-fed butter.
Add 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper.
Add green onion, 2 stalks chopped.
Boil for 4-5 minutes until soft.
Drain slightly, if needed, then add another 1 tablespoon of grass fed butter.
Mash with potato masher or mix briefly with immersion blender.
