Crazy as it may seem 2018 is gone. With 2019 we are launching some pretty cool stuff to keep you up to date on all things BLUE DOG FARMS. With that comes our BLOG. Hooray! We hope you like it, follow it and visit it often.
So who are we and what do we do? We are the Van Nice family, followers of Jesus Christ, first and foremost! We are a farming family! Homegrown by Heroes certified, we raise beef and sell to our family, friends and neighbors in the York County, Pennsylvania and surrounding areas.
What sets us apart is our focus on only grass fed and grass finished. We never feed our animals hormones, antibiotics, grains, GMOs or silage.
Because of this our beef is incredibly LEAN and uniquely delicious.
We are committed to raising animals in a loving and sustainable way. We make responsible choices when it comes to managing our herd and our pastures.
We sell beef in quarter, half and full animals. They sell out several months in advance so we take deposits and reserve them ahead of time. We also have some individual USDA cuts we sell. Depending on availability we may have steaks, roasts, bones for bone broth, liver, organs and lean ground beef. All USDA cuts are packaged in individual vacuum sealed packages and ready for your freezer!
